I had a mixed experience at the Hilton Garden Inn New York/Tribeca. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Tribeca and close to great restaurants. but I encountered some issues with customer service and room conditions. The staff were generally friendly, but I had a frustrating interaction with the front desk that left a sour taste. Overall, the stay had its highlights, but it could use some improvements.
